Grief Support
It is important to understand that a Grief Doula is not a certified medical doctor or therapist, rather a companion to support you in a holistic manner. I am not qualified to give medical advice, however, I can recommend options for who might be able to help you further if needed. Sessions with me are unique with each individual and your privacy is incredibly important to me. I am here to guide and support you emotionally, spiritually, and physically (meditation and yoga). Depending on your needs, you might only need one session or perhaps a few. At this point in time I am only doing online sessions, other than in-person workshops.
I am currently based in Whitehorse, YT, but I can support clients from across Canada and internationally (an additional contract must be signed). At this time I am only available for online 1:1 sessions until I have an office/studio space. Any workshops I do will be in-person, and the location will be determined.
1:1 Session: Grieving a Person
This 75-minute 1:1 session is for clients who want individual assistance within a safe space. I will support you while discussing your grief journey, followed by meditation. During this session I will give personal guidelines and ways to support you during this delicate time. You will also receive digital downloads of booklets I have created to further support you.

1:1 Session: Grieving a Pet
Pets are family, too. Whether your pet has died, or you are grieving their death to come (naturally or via euthanisia), this 75-minute 1:1 session is for clients who want individual support followed by meditation. I will give personal guidelines and you will also receive digital downloads of booklets I have created to further support you, including one specific for pet grief.
